Lordaeron "Ending their world" Quest for Draenei is bugged and i´m stucked

The Npc i have to escort is stuck in the ground and sometimes fly and stop
The serious problem is that quest is a final quest for the BloodMyst Island for Draenei, so i totally stuck with my character.

You are not "totally stuck" you can just leave the area and go level somewhere else.

The think is, nobady give you a new quest before complete that, so you need to grind without quest until lvl 60 and start BC (?)

You don't need a quest to start questing in another zone. Just go to the zone and find a quest hub. There will be quests available whether you arrived there by a quest or manually.
