WotLK Stupid ban for botting

My Acc take obscure ban for botting!
I was sitting at the computer and eating front of monitor,I was afk in the game.
I was disconnected, thought that as always your server crashed.
Try to login when i finished eating and what i see??? YOUR ACC ben closed.....
I log in site and thinking i take ban for abusive behavior or something like that.
BUT NO! i BANNED FOR BOTTING?????
Your support not working i wait 24H,but my ticket was not even open

Then you should've read the part where it says forum crying will achieve nothing and that you should wait for a reply that might take several days.
