Hello so i want to buy a character , it has alot of arena points but i wonder if i buy the character and get it on my account will i be able to buy the wrathful gear? i don't think it will remain in the arena team if i buy it and the gear requires arena rating i think

You need to get the rating by yourself ofcourse because in order to sell the character, he need to leave guild/arena teams.
