i encountered one huge problem on leveling and doing proffesions. I just started my 1st character on Frosttmourne and i took mage with Ench and tail. Everything was doing great til i got to learn Runed arcanite rod.. It's just impossible. im blocked. I dunno what's the respawn time of it, but it's a long wait in moonglade, with allys and horde players just lurking there, all standing waiting for it, because they wanna sell it on AH, or some to take it for themselves. Please do something about this, Auciton price is 1.4k golds, and we starters just can't make that much on our 1st character so easy. I suggest to lower the time limit for it to respawn, so that price would go down, and people not give up so easily. Coz i waited 3 days in a row from 3-6 am and still got nothing.

Unfortunately we cannot adjust respawn rates as we like to keep them as realistic as possible. Can you perhaps try to get it while not a lot of players are online?
