WotLK Mage, Invisibility

Greetings. I am a level 64 Blood Elf Mage and can't find the invisibility spell in trainers or talent tree. Is it not available in this version, or do we get it some other way? I can't see it in the unavailable section either, so it doesn't matter I guess that my level is not enough probably.

Simple google search reveals that it requires level 68.

I know, hes 38!
And the hack is for movement speed to, the mobs not even see him!
