RHC finder

Got problem with rhc finder. I was doing few rhc today on my 80lvl. I logout and when I log back in can't que for random hc anymore. It says "doesn't meet requirements. I got 4.5k gs not aure what is wrong. I have same problem on my 35lvl hunter can't do random but I can do specific why is that ? Please help.

it's happening to my 80 pally, 36 shaman and a few guildies as well, but my 80 priest can queue w/o a problem.
