WotLK RDF HC requirements

Hey, I have 3k GS and an average ilvl of 185, yet cannot que for RDF HC as tank.

Any idea what I need to change?

Sadly, minimum is 187 average.
Consider getting http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50447 if it's cheap on the AH or do ICC repfarm for the tank ring, it takes just a bit of reputation for the basic 251 ilvl ring http://wotlk.cavernoftime.com/item=50375
