WotLK Faction Change?

Does the faction change feature affect any of your reputations? Will it reset your horde/alliance specific ones or any others?

It should convert but it might not convert 100% correctly. You might lose few thousands of reputation points, I think because different races start with different amounts of reputation points towards their own and other races.

changing faction causes your Reputation/Mounts to be converted into their equivalent of the opposite faction.
