WotLK Soloq queue time +15 minutes each

I open this post to ask the opinon of all of you.

Right now using soloq i'm having a queue times between 16-25minutes the whole day wich is unnaceptable , i don't know if it's because there aren't any healers or what it is.. but this + the fact that BR players join with fresh characters and your winrate is extremely bad (last one i did 1300 rating alone but with a massive Lose rate)
I saw some players in orgrimmar that were shouting angry regarding this queue problem 5 minutes ago.
Is there any option available? if healers weren't a must in soloq, queues would be fast, and if u want to do soloq seriously for 2k rating(don't lie, most of the people with high ratings in soloq aren't joining alone) you can join with your friends... but 20minutes each queue to reach something easy as 1500 rating is so bad.

dont know which time you are playing, in the morning may be a long que, but if i try evening its always around 3minuts ques, sometimes even faster

Blackrock characters can't join soloq until they win 3 BGs, considering rng it's not really possible that a fresh character can get into the arena.
Making healers optional would just make a ton of 3 warriors groups whining about "the other team always has a healer" so that's also out.
And, copy paste from the changelog here https://www.warmane.com/changelog?expansion=2
says "Modified "Report as AFK" to act as "Avoid as Teammate" for SoloQueue teammates UnitFrames whilst in arena"
So, it's possible that most of the queueing players are avoiding you as a teammate.
