Technical Donation problem

Hello!

I just come back after a long brake from WoW.
And I was trying to donate, but for some reason donation system is blocking me and asking my personal info.

I don't want to give my personal information to some random organization, I just want to donate my money and play the game.

I asked them to help me but, still no reply.

Can anyone help me or give me some idea what to do ?

Get a prepayed card, those seem to work best.
