Hello Warmane staff!

I'm relatively new to Warmane, just started playing here with the release of Frostmourne. Coming from a dying server with barely any population to a server with such a flourishing playerbase is very interesting. One thing I noticed is that the bug tracker seems very active! There are lots of bugs being reported, but there isn't that much feedback from players or staff in there. Rarely are bug reports upvoted on and even more rarely commented on. I assume you implemented the upvote feature to determine how severe a bug as opposed to an option in the report itself as a way to avoid having players abusing the choice of a severity just to get their bug report to be seen first, regardless of severity. What I'm wondering is, I suppose, how does the staff work with the bugtracker feature? How often and methodically do staff check bug reports? I've just reported a gamebreaking bug and I'm wondering how I can make GMs aware of it faster more than just spreading it to the small group of people I've gotten to know on the server so far? Thanks for providing a new WoTLK experience for me during these times.

Best Regards, Benjamin Fisher (Smegmatotem, Frostmourne realm).
