WotLK Logging in problem

Hey guys, so I recently started playing on this server but I have a problem that is rather annoying. Every single time I re-enter the game, the cinematic is on play, I have to click 'accept' to all those terms and conditions, much like I have just downloaded the game and it is for the very first time I am opening it. Nevertheless, the video options are also being reseted. It's annoying to manually change the settings every single time I have to enter the game. Does anyone have an explanation for this?

Am I really the only one with this problem? I've downloaded the client again and still have the same problem(having to manually change the settings everytime I enter the game).

Right click wow folder > properties > uncheck read only
