WotLK I can't use the option missbuy

I miss bought item for coins on my Paladin instead of my Warrior. When i try the miss buy option on website i get the message:
You are no longer allowed to create support tickets.
The support system is unavailable for this account.
I don't know or i forgot why did i get this ban or something.
Can u please help me and resolve my problem?

I don't have the option to do that, support on my account doesn't work at all. I wrote in -game ticket because that is all i can do.

Item misbuy ticket can be created only for donor accounts as far as I know. So if you don't have that option, you didn't buy the item with coins - you bought it with points. There is no support for point shop and you will not get any points back.

Dude I am donor account i donated SM 2 weeks ago on that same account I donated before too. When i go to support i have only the option create ticket,
when I try to create ticket i get this message:

Best would be to explain your situation in mail to [email protected]

I heard they sometimes revoke your privilege to create support tickets if you spam them with too much crap.

Maybe that is the case 2 3 years ago i had some problem but i didn't know that they revoked my privilege.
