WotLK About Frenzyheart/Oracle Questline

I contacted a GM, in order to help me, since I deleted Gegotzan Shackles (I don't exactly remember the name), and couldn't continue the Frenzyheart questline.

You see, these shackles, were not in the official game or in any guide I found, so I had no idea that I needed them in order to complete the questline.

I talked with a GM and he told me you can't restore deleted items.

However, I have to ask. How am I supposed to continue the Frenzyheart questline and get the Green Protodrake then?

Can you please help me?

I know that in the Paladin Quest (with Symbol of Life), you can restore the symbol if players delete it. Can't you do the same here?

Is there another way to continue the questline?

You can get the shackles from the "chieftain" of frenzyheart.
