Technical Paymentsupport blocked my payment

Greetings,

i donated you 20 more € to your server because it's simply perfect. :-) I wanted to donate 10 more € to purchase manually Oathbringer on my Blackrock "Spongiiee" character. The problem is that the second payment (10€) was blocked by paymentsupport which I contacted of course and now I'm missing only two coins to get the weapon. I am not sure how long will it take paymentsupport to unblock my account and I wanted to ask if there's possible way to manually add 2 coins to my account. I will donate 10 more € as soon as paymentwall unblocks my account. Otherwise, if it's not possible to add 2 coins manually and donate later, I'd like to refund my last payment ID w218942462 - i simply don't want to wait long for my item. :-)

Warmane doesn't do such things, so you'll have to wait for them to unblock your account. Shouldn't take more than a day or two.

You must send your passport picture and credit card information to paymentsupport . You can send them that via email addres, which you can find if you open Donate system on Warmane site.
