Recovering items after months of ban

Hello,

I was banned for more than 4 months (wrongly, but whatever I'm sick of arguing about it) and got my account back today. To my surprise I lost everything I was selling on the auction house, hundreds of glyphs which were worth close to 20k before the gold squish. Can I somehow get them back? Or that just another bull**** I have to put up with?

One would assume that you'd either freeze them somehow, or if unable to at least warn the player and let him get them back before issuing the ban. That's like 50 bucks worth of money if I was to get it by donations and you think it's fine and just "natural" to remove them like that?

It's amazing how you can provide such a low quality of service and get away with it thanks to having a monopoly. You don't even pretend to try.

They weren't removed. They just expired in the mailbox or the like after months. You were banned, this was just a consequence of whatever you did to get banned. It's amazing that you believe that we should spare favors like "freezing" your items or give you a chance to do anything before receiving the ban, and on top of it call it "low quality of service." Next time, do more than pretend to try to not do something that will get you banned.
