Pala or Warrior and why?
Ret is very easy and very OP. You don't have a rotation, just use whatever damage ability is off CD. I made a ret, got bored and rerolled warrior and have no regrets. If you like to PVP at all you should know that ret will never be able to kill a healer whereas a warrior definitely will.
Unless you always play with a healer friend, retribution paladin is more fun than warrior, at least in battlegrounds. As a warrior, you will feel gimped without a pocket healer. As a paladin, you have multiple skills you can use to turn the tide of battle: Hand of Protection, Lay on Hand, Hand of Freedom, Cleanse, and off heals. Of course, even if you don't use any of those to support others, about 5 of your instant abilities will account for over 95% of your damage output. It gives you more time to focus on other things, such as situational awareness and objectives, instead of worrying about your rotation.
