Technical My alt account character deleted

As the titled say, my alt account who is not donator got his character deleted ( my 19 hunter twink ) and im kinda sad about it because ive spent alot of time and gold on it,


i've tried using the character restore tool but it doesnt show up in there, like i have no character but on the server list it says (1) but no character.

can provide further information on demand, (forgot the toon name tho, just redownloaded the game after a reallyyy long time)

Firstly, don't post your account info here. It's not safe.
Secondly, If you haven't logged in to it fot a while it would of been deleted in an inactivity clean up, so there's nothing you can do about it.
