Technical Setting and Name are not saving.

So why does the name in the log-in screen does not save after I restart the game, and that happens to the resolution too, every time I start the game (WOTLK) I have to accept the TOS and put my name again and select the resolution to cover the full screen. Is there a way I can fix this_

1. Remove WoW from torrent
2. Restart PC
3. Move WoW from default download location
(you can skip the first 3 steps if you did them before)
4. Right click WoW folder
5. Go to properties
6. Remove "Read-only" and apply to all subfolders
