Forum Resolution Changes Crash The Game

Howdy Folks, just downloaded the WOTLK client and trying to get the game setup. Perfectly playable after install however, when I change the resolutions at all the game crashes. I tried searching through the forums but can't seem to find other cases. Any thoughts? FWIW im running Windows and a 2060.

Try doing it manualy in Config.wtf, open it as a notepad and change the values under SET gxResolution "WidthxHeight" for e.g. SET gxResolution "1920x1080" for a 1080p monitor, once changed save the file and relaunch wow.
