Donation Status

Hey! I am trying to get some resolution for my Donation Status.
The reason for my "attempted" ticket today is because I would like to get my "donate status" updated. For some reason I have had issues donating via your site. So i have paypal'd my friend so he could donate for me and then transfer the coins to me.
Now that I have donated 200 dollars I feel like I should be able to skip the login queue times.
I submitted a ticked in game to a GM but they said that they couldn't help me with this issue and I have tried to submit the ticket via your website but since I am not banned I am unable to submit a ticket that way.
Please send help!

Donation status comes from having actually donated on the account. Gifted coins do not count.

How can I get credited for donating. I only have a debit card and can not donate via the warmanes credit card line.
