WotLK Character Won't Attack with abilitys

Every time i try to attack with my ability it will not let me it says either invalid target or cannot move while doing this attack i don't know what to do i have max mana and i am not wearing anything that will conflict anything so this doesn't really make any sense help thank you.

If it happens again, exiting game fixes it.

If you're trying to use some abilities and it says "Invalid target!" and you've recently alt-tabbed out of the game, pressing ALT once more helps. Just press and release ALT once. It sort of "sticks" alt and does every spell as if you're holding ALT and that's "cast on self" by default.
