i got banned for 2 days for not wanting to do drak tharon keep because heals from zombies are buged, people started to insult me and they wanted me to do the dungeon like maniacs i insulted them back and i got banned they just could kick me im just a dps whats wrong with the bans i dont see the people that afk on pvp get ban but i do,how you think you got proof to ban me if person post pictures of me insulting when they provoqued me bossing me when i just dont wana do that especific dungeon that i got on random 2 times in a row , isnt start treating other persons like their underling harass i just dindt wanted to play the dungeon and i got 2 days ban

If you don't want to do a dungeon, you can leave it. If you ask to be kicked to avoid deserter debuff, you can get banned for it.

i didnt even know you could get ban for that how you disrupt people gameplay by just asking for kick, still that dungeon is nd drakkari risen mage shouldnt take that long to kill, i think you should send advice on people before this kind of bans because not everyone could see harass in this is not like they were loosing because i dont wana do the dungeon they can insta replace and i saw lot of people asking for kick and everyone was cool with it exept for some maniac that wanted to keep them in the group , never even heard you could get a ban for that, exept for the people yesterday , but how im suposed to believe and take serious people that tell me we will kill you in real life and start to insult you ? i think this is a issue that must be fixed atleast people that gonna get ban for the first time for this give them an advice cause its not fair

leave and take your debuff like you're suppose to. bugged or not makes 0 difference.

You should read the rules so you know what is not allowed. They don't give any warnings. If you break the rules and someone reports it, you get banned. Ban duration depends on what exactly you did and it might increase if you get banned again. So you can consider this 3 day ban a warning and a reminder to read the rules.

Avoiding the debuff: Sitting at the dungeon's door waiting to be kicked because you don't want to do it, forcing people to kick you so you can avoid the debuff is now punishable. Rather wait 30 minutes than a day. Please consider.
