WotLK Extremely high ping issue just recently

My ping went up and i tried many things to fix this but it is still not solved.

Anyone can help me if you're familiar with this issue?

Unless the server population is high at times such on the weekends or Friday or the server in general is lagging because of say ddos attacks this should be a problem on your side. Meaning that you should fix / get a new router for your internet if you keep having abnormally high ping.
