Huge lag!

Hi, i just downloaded the game and i'm having huge lag, on every other server and game i have about 40-50 ms, here it is over 500 all the time, all the way up to like 4k. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Sometimes it just goes back to 40 after about 15 minutes, but the problem is it goes to back to 1000 after half a hour.

Unless the server has high population at the time (Useually on weekends or times where many will be playing) or the server is lagging from say a ddos attack this problem should be on your side. I recommend hiring someone to attempt fixing your internet or just buy a new router.
