WotLK Unable to run on Mac

Hey there, from my understanding I was just meant to download the torrent form the 'download' page and run the World Of Warcraft launcher. It keeps saying the application can't be opened. What should I do?

Wow, thanks a lot for the help, I do indeed have Mojave. I tried clicking on the link but it said it needs a decryption key. What should I do with the file once I'm in?
