Site Donate Issue

Hello, Myself and a friend are trying to donate on our accounts using our visa cards. The transaction is declining and we would love to donate and get some coins. We both have different banks with plenty enough funds and visa cards. Both financial institutions have been contacted and there are no issues on our end. Not sure if the payment portal is just down at the moment or what but it would be nice to have something available to donate in the form of paypal or USD and not just EUR.

I would recomend to get a prepayed card.

I'm having a similar issue. I've purchased the donation package but my coins haven't been distributed yet (it's been almost an hour). Also, I was charged twice because my bank was declining the transaction for reasons of suspicion. Once I accepted that the charges were not fraudulent I went back to reenter my card info and was charged for the 1st attempt (which was declining) and now for the second attempt.

My visa debit card ended up getting canceled over this, now I have to wait 2 weeks for my bank to send me a new one because they said they didn't support this foreign transaction and though my card had been compromised. Next time I guess I will just get a prepaid card as much as I hate paying the over priced activation fee on those cards. They need to have a donation payment portal setup that makes it convenience for everyone both US and EU player base who want to donate from other countries. Seems a lot of US players with traditional banks have issues donating because of it being a foreign transaction.

having the same issue, even purchased a prepaid card as recommended and is declined no matter what.
