Is there a way to receive the speed kills through the API somehow, as the website cannot filter between heroic and normal on 25-mans or 10-mans? Thanks in advance!

you can filter by hardmode as well, just open the dropdown, tick hardmode/heroic and then, that's the important bit, hit search, that'll update the filters for you and you can see the hardmode/heroic kills

While what you say should be correct, it's not. As this is the end result: https://i.imgur.com/U7xd3B9.png I selected 10 man and I clicked search and I only receive 25-mans. This is really a bad design and I really hope that there is an API available for the PVE Ladder.
Even when selecting multiple criterias (which you can only do by holding down LMB and then going away from the dropdown while still holding down LMB and hover over the other option you want to pick) it does not display correct: https://i.imgur.com/HSUVPru.png
If they are too busy updating the PvE Ladder to be functional, I'd be and I think other people would also be very happy about having an API.
Furthermore, this has been reported but no one really cares about it so it never really receives any high priority I suppose: https://www.warmane.com/bugtracker/report/89053
