WotLK achivment bug

I killed Maligos but i die and did not got the achivment ,others guys that where dead got it i was the only one that did not , i got even the emblems and i could see the loot i even got ID Saved for the boss but no achiv , i would like to ask if you guys can fix this cos i was trying Maligos wile now and its not and easy boss to kill or to get people with key and when i finaly kill him i get no achiv.

More than half of the group was my guild .

Did you release spirit when they killed him? That's why you didn't get the ach. There's nothing that can be done about it. Make the group again.

Ofc i did not release Spirit that was clearly a server problem not my miss play...

Well, you won't get it anyway. GMs don't offer support for such cases. Make the group again.
