    hacking

    Player named ... was flying in Dalaran on a ground mount and then "swimming" through the air! He was definitelly using some fly hack!

    It's not a fly hack. It's Underbelly Elixir: https://www.wowhead.com/spell=59831/underbelly-elixir

    You can see that he has the buff. But it's probably not intended to work while mounted.
