is queuing as a tank but in a dps spec disrupting gameplay?

nearly every heroic random dungeon i'm in, the tank is just a dps spec class so they can get faster queues. I play as a healer, and am forced to heal as hard as i can just to finish the dungeon. Every time they are also extremely toxic when i ask why they did this and half the time it wipes us, taking 2x longer than it needs to be. Is this a reportable offense or what do i do?

It's only a bannable offence, if they roll on dps gear as a tank. Otherwise, they aren't doing anything illegal.

And sorry for the bad experience, I also encountered something similar in the past (as a resto shaman). You just have to accept the fact, that you will be healing a squishier tank. Though you could ask them to pull less mobs and to use defensive abilities more often, in order to make your job easier.

It's allowed to be an *****, but you can kick those people (*****s)
Just kick them. If you can't kick them, I find leaving a better option.
