Technical How i recover my mounts?

Hola que tal hace, 5 años yo jugaba en este servidor y lo habia dejado hasta hace poco que volvi a jugar, en aquel tiempo yo obtuve dos monturas especiales de la tienda de la pagina web del servidor. Como las recupero en el servidor que estoy ahora?

Hi, 5 years ago i used to play in this server and got two special mounts from the web shop. Now i came back to play again and i want to recover these mounts. What i have to do?

Mounts are:
Reins of the Crimson Deathcharger
Ashes of Al’ar

You can't get them back. It's been 5 years. There's no support for prehistoric cases such as yours.
