Hello, I thought this will be fixed in some time but no changes still.

I can't go to trade system because it says my ip is banned. To note, it is also not my current ip.

What's wrong? May I be assisted?

I sometimes use VPN to connect to my work domain. I forgot I'm connected to VPN then I try to login to server with VPN active and can't connect because of my work domain's firewall policy. Then I disable and log in without problem. Though, the IP written for the ban neither is my home ip, nor is my work ip. I don't know how and when this happened. I just cannot use web services.

BTW I can log in to game with no problem. This happens only for the web services.

What can I do for it?

Send an e-mail to [email protected] and they will help you. Don't forget to turn it off next time. IPs you get by VPN are usually banned because they were used to break the rules.
