Technical missing characters?

Ive been playing on warmane for a few years now on and off and decided to hop back in but my characters in every server are not showing up. In my shop logs on the site you can see that I bought mounts with points awhile back which are now gone. I don't know if there was a wipe or something so pardon me if I am just ill informed. If that is not the case and my characters can not be returned can I at least have the mounts returned? Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

Have yu checked in-game or just on website/ armory?
If so, there names would of been removed due to inactivity and you won't see them till you log in-game and set new ones.
