WotLK Lost characters

Hi, so I just recover my account, the big issue comes when I log-in I found that there's no characters but even the game detect them, so it's this normal?

Yea, it depends when You abandoned You account. If it was few years ago, chars are prob deleted.

Check character restoration under services, if they are not there send an e-mail to [email protected] and see what they tell you.
