After Crash Issues...

Hello there,
As it's hardcore realm, the crash made a big problem for me and 24 more players. We just started ICC 25 and after we got locked after killing Marrowgar the server DC-ed. I think that we should be compensated, (or at least to get fresh ID ) cause we didnt do anything to deserve that. I had last 3 days with 16h-18h shifts... now i came back, wanted to play a bit the game and what happened... Unable to connect. As it's hardcore we should realy get ID resset (take the 2 emblem if you want, don't realy care.)
I can give you a printscreen when i log in, to see the names of all people in the raid.

Still waiting for compensation, as the week ended and there were ressets.
