[ANSWERED]Frostwolf lost characters

Hi Support, I've opened a ticket in-game but I have decided to go further down the line and open a ticket here as well. I know this is probably not the correct forum thread, but there wasn't any other Support appeal topic.

I used to be a donator back in the days when there was a cataclysm server. I am a really old player, and used to donate even waaay back ago, when Warmane was actually called Molten core. But anyway, even back then my characters got deleted and this is why i brought this up. You can check in your systems and databases for my account and you will see that i speak the truth. I had 4 full gear (with donor points), maxed up chars in Frostwolf but after I logged in and wanted to play again, they were all gone.

Please help me recover my tunes or at least let me re-create them with enough donor coins.
