[ANSWERED]problem with logging in the game

Hello! First, i want to excuse about my english! I have problem with logging in the game with this account. After i select my character in Icecrown realm and press " Enter world" button, game start charging and freezes at around 30 %. i have tryed deleting cache, unstucking character from site...but nothing. I dont have any problems with my main account, and i find this for very strange. i am out of ideas what i can do and i am asking for some help. I have tryed making new toon.....same problem,,,
