where can i buy the black spear trolls tabard?

hi i need help, where can i buy the black spear trolls tabard? I find it beautiful and I would like to have it, I am exalted with the black spear trolls and I have already been able to buy raptors, I am an undead level 64, I already checked with the tabard seller in the parts where the brotherhood tabard is bought and nothing! I spoke to the npc troll named Samamba at icecrown, and she didn't let me see her merchandise.

You need to do Argent Tournament dailies to unlock it, requires level 80 I think. 1st you'll need to become champion of your own race, after doing that you can start your progress to become champion of the darkspear trolls to unlock the tabard.
