Healbot problem

I have a problem with healbot for about a month now, every time i log in now i don't see my hud of people and my character name in the healbot window at all, all it shows is options. I have done stuff like /reload, pressing the ResetHB button, pressing the Defaults button, but nothing has happen at all, Is there a way to bring back what it was missing before or do i have to delete and re download it? Thank you in advanced
