I would like to suggest to add arena points coin / token in store in a month AFTER each patch has been released. The majority of the players have farmed arena after the reset in 4 weeks and that is enough to be way more competitive against newcomers who only have hateful set (by far). Again, after a month of playing on each phase Arena points in store do not make you p2w or somehow op, you still cant buy anything useful in case your personal or team rating is low.

One more suggestion is to incentivise mature pvp players to farm honor is to allocate AP token into the sale from the pvp vendor. You may set some ridiculous price tag of, lets say, 50k honour per one arena points token which will give 100 ap per use. Yet it will stimulate more players to engage in pvp more grequently.

UPD: The solution can be introducing Arena points potion, which is just like XP pot, will increase the amount of AP gained for the next flush
