Technical lost access to Authenticator and can't log in to my account

Hello dear warmane, I come to you for help as i'm completely lost- I have recently switched phones as my old one suddenly died, the old phone had the "Authenticator" on it which was used for two-factor authentication, now I can't log into my account because i don't have that available, I can't get the old passwords on my new phone, and when I try to remove two-factor authentication from the account, I don't receive any email to my email addresses, it is a very old account and i have spent alot of time playing on it, also donated years ago, so I would appreciate some help getting access to it. I should add that I have no idea how to directly contact a staff member and that's why I'm posting here, also if someone could contact me privately as I don't want to post my account name\email here, I would greatly appreciate it.
