WotLK Anyone know how can I get 'A Guide to Northern Cloth Scavenging'

So, I'm in Icecrown on 3.3.5 and I don't know whether this item is even in the game or not. There's so much contradicting information about this on the databases. I can't work out 100% if it even exists, and where would be the best way to pick one up. I've also been looking in the auction house, but nothing comes up.

Does anyone have an information about it? I'm currently lvl 360 in tailoring and I'm guessing I'd get Frostweave a bit quicker with the book.

Doing dungeons(heroics, not sure about normals) will most likely get you a book. There was a time when I called this server bookmane because some dungeon bosses, Stratholm in particular, dropped 3 books and I had to delete those 1 by 1 from my inventory.
