Technical Connecting to retail servers?

Hey there sorry if there is a forum post for this already but I can't seem to find it.
Whenever I attempt to log in with my Warmane credentials the game tells me that information was entered in wrong and gives me a link to recover my account through the Blizzard services. Uncertain why this is as I checked the realmlist and it says " set realmlist logon.warmane.com " as it should.

You sure that You're using login and password, and not e-mail?

its either your password or username is wrong. As for the massage it is a general message coded into the game. Everyone not able to log in gets it

Absolutely positive Im using the proper credentials (Not my Email as I have said I already searched the forum for said issue and literally every post says not to use your email)

make sure you're password isn't more than 15/16 characters long. the website will accept it, the client however will not.

Issue was resolved by doing a hard re-install of Windows
