devixdecoder.dll not found

Hi all

i've just tried to download the client and when i click the wow.exe application i recieve this error message "The code execution cannot procced because DivxDecoder.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem".

I can see the Divxdecoder.dll file in the wow folder so i'm not sure what's going on, any suggestions?
