    ToC (raid and dg) requirements

    So i was wondering about if it is necessary to be champion on the Tournament to enter the raid or the dg on Frostmourne
    can someone help me ?

    You don't need to do tournament dailies to be able to enter ToC afaik
    The dungeon and raid are disabled until ToC patch (3.2)
