Technical Can't spend coins and unable to create a ticket

I bought some coins and decided to spend them on gold, I made a 2 factor authentication on Sunday and waited until now (Tuesday) to purchase them.
But unfortunately I couldn't. I get this message instead:
"You must have Two Factor Authentication enabled for atleast 3 days before purchasing a trade item."

Also the site hasn't required the email verification code to log into my website account but once since I enabled the authentification option in order to spend the coins. In the site it says that the option is enabled. So I wonder if it is really enabled?

I hope something can be done!


Also I can't create a tickeet because it says that I have illegal characters in it, what those might be and how to fix it?

you have to wait a full 72 hours from the time 2fa was enabled. if you enabled it on sunday, you will need to wait until wednesday.

illegal characters are any symbols that aren't . , and possibly /
