why are my Topics deleted

i open a ticket ingame and GMs don't act, just copy paste "thank you, we will investigate"

i try to open a discussion here or in general discussion section to understand what is going on without breaking any rule, no disrespecting, no Name mention.
and my Topics keep getting deleted , like seriously what is going on, why am not able to discuss what is happening about serious matters ??

i want to discuss my matters against ninja and BoT in details with an administrator since ingame replies are the same " thank you, we will investigate" with no actions even i provide video proof

Opening topics to discuss about bans or rules on the forums is not allowed. They usually lead to drama, hence why they were deleted.

GMs doesn't discuss bans or rules, hence why they closed your tickets about the subject with few words.

Rules are discussed between Staff only. You may send a private message to a Moderator or open a ticket in game, but you will end up receiving the same response. A thanks for the feedback and that's about it.

fair enough, but i just want to understand why no action is taken against someone ninja or BOT with video proof, daylight clear. i have enough experience ingame and reporting after a while that i understand that the proof must be 100% clear which is logical to leave no further questions.

so i made sure i record all my raids and even dungeons and item rolls to show the rolls, the winner, to loot master on video to leave no question about it, and yet i reported people with ninja with video records ( doesnt require exceptional effort ) and yet i receive the same reply. what further investigation or discussion to do if the loot master took an item he doesnt need, or already have it, or announce his guild mate the winner even he is not first roll.

seriously some of the ninja whispered me after a while mocking me and laughing how they didn't get banned, it reached that point.
some of them just say:" report me i dont care, nothing is gonna happen" and truly nothing is happening.

i once had a funny situation, a GM replied my ticket by a whisper asking more details, while i was explaining he became AFK, somehow a bug happened and i could see his Full name ( knowing that GMs names are automatically faked by adding or removing some characters ) and i could add him to friend list.
so basically he just ignored my messages as GM and as a character. like seriously !!! that shows some low competence.

what i want to say Sir, we need better GMs, or better responsiveness to people who spend much time in this server. all my experiences was in favor of BoTs or ninja, i tend to help the Staff by reporting rules breaker and none of my reports actually received a serious answer or action, they are all still online, Botting and ninja

actually the BoT i keep reporting is online right now in Stormwind Auction house doing what he likes, dominating AH and making ton of gold, he is probably a gold / coins seller outside of warmane plateform while all my records, screenshots and invested time to provide proofs over the last 30 days means nothing to GM staff. anything i say further will get me banned ...

We get hundreds of tickets daily and reports are viewed case by case, can't really go banning without investigating. Not saying your reports aren't valid, but we often get fake or wrong ones, so we need to do it carefully. Remember, 10 GMs, for 4 realms with thousands of players. Gotta have patience.
