Create a ticket, it's a known thing that happens especially when you use things like VPN (since other people using the same address might have used it to advertise).

Well thing is I play at my work place sometimes. And maybe because of that I got banned?

To reply to you skullatbash, I cannot create a ticket because it gives me this msg: Support is unavailable due to an IP Ban that exists on this account.
The reason for the ban is Advertising.

That could have caused it since everyone there most likely has the same external IP. Check if the banned IP is from your work, home or something else.

Other possibilities:
You most likely have dynamic IP at home. You could have gotten an IP that was already banned.
Someone else might have logged on your account from a banned IP.
