Realm transition OL->IC class related issue

A public complain: i am still missing quest related class spells upon the realm transition from outland to wotlk realm after 5 days of trouble ticketing. ingame ticket was of a no use since there was not any response for another 3 days before.

DESCRIPTION
Hello,

i have recently moved my warrior character Ildorf from Outland realm to Icecrown and i am missing warrior class quest related spells
and i am unable to retrain those as i had already completed those quests

Missing defensive stance, taunt, sunder armor, berserker stance, intercept vastly affects my gameplay.

atm i do have the quest Muren Stormpike, but end quest npc Muren Stormpike has a grey question mark above his head as the quest goal is incomplete and continue button is grey and unable to proceed any further, there is actually no objective for this quest to complete

Oct 17, 2020 Quest chains completely reset - you should no longer experience any difficulties accepting the starting defensive stance quest,

Should you experience difficulties, submit a ticket in-game and a GM will actively resolve it - we do not generally review in-game related issues within this system.

guys i know i am far from having the true insight on your job whats more in these hard corona days, the more you really should have had these issues fixed and automated.
